COLD FEED RUBBER EXTRUDERS

SALIENT FEATURES

• No warming mill required as cold rubber can be feeded as room temperature thus saving labour and power.
• Scroll and Liners made of EN-41b, Nitra hardened and polished. Hardened up to 900 HV
• A special pressure melt transducer provided which gives pressure indication on head & also controls the screw rpm as per the set pressure value enabling extrusion at a consistent pressure (optional).
• Barrels are steel fabricated, jacketed for heating and cooling with replaceable liners. 
• Feed rollers are specially designed for easy maintenance
• Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensure proper bite and strip feed to screw  
• Automatic temperature controlling system.
